FLUX is a white-label interface to a third-party exchange provider. By using this service you acknowledge that cryptocurrency operations are executed by our liquidity partner, that exchange rates are subject to market volatility, and that we provide no warranty for the accuracy of estimated amounts or completion times.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. The service is not available in jurisdictions sanctioned under OFAC, EU, or UK regulations.

Limitation of Liability

FLUX is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for losses arising from network delays, third-party provider downtime, address mistakes by users, or volatility-related slippage.

AML

Transactions flagged by our partner's AML systems may be paused or returned. We may, at our partner's request, request additional information.
